To cancel an appointment, please call the surgery directly on 01442 833380 as soon as possible so we can offer your appointment to other patients.

By SMS Text Message – ‘Text to Cancel’
Send ‘cancel <your name> <date of appointment>’ to 07503xxxxxx  to cancel it.

This number is used for text message cancellations only
