We always try to provide the best service possible but you may feel that there are times when this has not happened. In the unlikely case you have a complaint about our services, please contact your GP or the Practice Manager in the first instance. We adhere to the complaints procedure in accordance with NHS guidelines.
Your GP or Practice Manager can be contacted on the number above and your complaint will be listened to and actioned appropriately. You will be treated with respect at all times.
