    BSc MBBS MRCGP DFFP DOccMED PGCert (Med Ed)

    Working Pattern – Thursday PM. Dr Rahim has over 25 years’ experience in GP surgery procurement, establishing new GP surgeries and walk-in centres and developing new community services. He is the Medical Director and has a central role in the leadership of all clinical staff, clinical governance and leadership in complaints management.

  • DR RAJ BHAMRA

    MBBS, MRCS, LRCP, MRCGP

    Working Pattern- Tuesday and Wednesday AM and PM. Thursday AM. Dr Bhamra is a highly respected and qualified doctor who is well known in the Hemel Hempstead area. He has vast experience in respiratory medicine, forensic medical services, and occupational health medicine. His range of skills include the management of chronic conditions and the teaching of Doctors, Nurses, and Medical Students.

  • DR SUBIA RASUL

    Female

    MBBS, MRCGP, DCH, DFSRH, LoC IUT, LoC SDI

    Working Pattern- Friday AM and PM. Dr Rasul graduated from St Bartholomew's and The Royal London Medical School of Medicine in 2001 and completed GP Vocational Training Scheme with East of England Deanery in 2006. She spent a short (but extremely enjoyable) time as a deputising GP in Melbourne, Australia before returning to the UK, moving to Hemel Hempstead, and first joining Archway Surgery in 2007. She can also advise on and fit coils and contraceptive implants.

  • DR HASEEBUL WADUD

    MBBS, DipHE DRCOG MRCGP

    Dr Wadud graduated from Royal College London in 2007. He has worked across several practices in the area since then. His special interests are in Heart Failure and Heart diseases, GP education training, GP appraisal and Online GP services. Working Pattern- Monday AM and PM

Locum Doctors

We understand the importance of continuity of care. That’s why we have regular locum doctors who step in to ensure seamless service, covering for holidays and vacancies ensuring our patients receive the same quality of care they expect when their primary physician is available.

Nurses

Practice nurses are qualified and registered nurses. They can help with health issues such as family planning, healthy living advice, blood pressure checks and dressings. The practice nurses run clinics for long-term health conditions such as asthma or diabetes, minor ailment clinics and carry out cervical smears.
  • ANN TIMMS

    Working Pattern – Monday 8.30am to 4pm and Thursday 8.30am to 3pm. Nurse Ann has over 20 years of experience working in the Primary Care Sector. She has attained her Diplomas in Diabetes, Asthma &COPD. She enjoys working with patients to help them manage their conditions and she is passionate about achieving a positive outcome to improve quality of life for our patients. Ann also helps with health issues such as family planning, healthy living advice, blood pressure checks and dressings. She also runs clinics for long term conditions, such as asthma, diabetes, minor aliment clinics and cytology. Ann offers comprehensive travel advice in our private clinics, as well as childhood immunisation clinics.

  • JAYA HANUMANTHU

    Practice Manager

    Working Pattern - 9.30 am to 2.30 pm Monday to Friday. Jaya has over 4 years of experience working in the Primary care. Jaya is involved in managing all the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. The practice manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.

Reception

Our Practice boasts a dedicated reception and secretarial team comprising Jeanette, Michelle, Alison, Jessica, Julie and Bridget. They serve as your primary point of contact for general enquiries. Their integral role encompasses various day -to-day tasks, including call handling, appointment scheduling, prescription processing and queries, referrals, giving out blood results, referrals, managing financial claims, and preparing insurance reports. Our staff are well trained to operate with utmost confidentiality, ensuring each interaction is handled with sensitivity and professionalism. While they do not dispense medical advice, they excel at resolving queries and directing individuals to appropriate services and resources. Rest assured, all team members adhere to legal obligations regarding patient record confidentiality, always upholding the highest standards.

PCN Staff

We have additional roles staff who are shared between the Delta Primary Care Network. They include Pharmacists, Mental Health Nurses, GP Assistants, Physician Associates, Care Coordinators, Social Prescribers etc.

Community Midwives

Geraldine Murphy, our midwife, will be happy to see you during your pregnancy and arrange all the necessary care you need. Our doctors will refer you.

Health Visitors

Our health visitor, Felicity Bonwick is a registered nurse who has received training particularly related to babies, children and pregnant women. Her role is to provide families with children under five years old with support and advice around the general aspects of mental, physical and social wellbeing.
